Week 11

Over the last two weeks I have had visits from friends and family who live in Sydney.
Although I filled my fridge with healthy eating options for my guests, I of course did not stop anyone from buying snacks and goodies to eat while they were on holidays.
I didn’t really have any trouble resisting the junk that they were eating and simply stuck to my healthy eating guidelines.
However, when they all left, I was feeling a bit down because it’s hard to say goodbye to people you love.
The leftovers of their goodies were still in the fridge, and for some reason it has been hard to resist in their absence (I haven’t given in though).
I have chucked some of the tempting food such as leftover cheesecakes, and have frozen other food like left over lamingtons.
This challenge won’t last forever, and I am determined to stick to it.
However, sometimes it gets hard.
On Thursday night I will be running another meat tray raffle to raise money for my cause.
